We trust you will be satisfied with your Graces Gifts LLC purchase. However, should you need to exchange or return your order, its easy! We will accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from date of purchase. We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition with its original packaging intact. Please read below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise return. 1. Contact customer service at info@gracesgiftsllc.com or 724-535-4764 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 2. Please include your name, order number, and a phone number that we may contact you if necessary. Also, your instructions to either exchange or return your purchase for a refund. 3. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. 4. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. 5. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Graces Gifts LLC Receipt. 6. Ship the merchandise to the following address. Please reference your RMA #. Grace’s Gifts LLC RMA # ****** P.O. Box 215 West Pittsburg, PA 16160 Also, please note you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned. Graces Gifts LLC will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Graces Gifts LLC will issue a Graces Gifts LLC Gift Card, at the customer's choice. If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit. If you exchange merchandise, your account will be credited for the return and a sale rung for the new merchandise. If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a Graces Gifts LLC Gift Card, that card will be credited if there is a balance on it. If the balance on the card is $0.00 a new Gift Card will be issued for the return amount and mailed to you. Orders can be cancelled if we are notified before shipment. Orders are normally processed within 24 hrs of receipt.
